Job Title: Stores Keeper – Lengala, Homagama

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of periodical inventory reports.
• Keeping records of issues, expenditures, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Receive raw materials, spare parts, packing materials and other items delivered to the company and verify them against purchase orders/invoices.
• Store all materials in the correct locations with proper identification, labeling and arrangement.
• Update GRNs, stock issues, returns and transfers promptly in the ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches the ERP system stock records.
• Properly maintain GRNs, material issue notes, stock transfer documents and other stores records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist in monthly/annual stock verification and reconciliation.

Expected Qualification

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar job role.
• G.C.E Advance Level qualification is required; a diploma in store/ Logistic Management is desirable.
• Age below 40.
• Sound computer literacy and knowledge in Excel.
