We expect you to

• Scout new cities and locations
• Identify promising properties and opportunities
• Track down owners and decision-makers
• Build local contacts and follow leads
• Gather market intelligence
• Support initial discussions and negotiations
• Maintain leads, reports, and CRM updates

You could be a great fit if you are

• Passionate about meeting people and being out in the field
• Curious, resourceful, and good at finding information
• Equipped with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with MS Office and basic computer applications
• In possession of a motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence (mandatory)
