Civil Engineer in Tekla Structures

Role Summary

• Create and develop concrete and steel engineering drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Design reinforcement for precast concrete elements using Tekla Structures.
• Detailing and modelling of concrete and steel elements in various building structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Moratuwa or the University of Peradeniya.
• Good sense of building construction and its fundamentals.
• Previous work experience in engineering drawings, reinforcement designing, and detailing is a plus (using Tekla Structures or similar programs).
• Self-driven personality with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team, respect opinions, and adapt to challenging circumstances.
• Adequate knowledge of English and good communication skills.
• Residing within a 1-hour ride of Malabe, Colombo.
