Role Summary
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Be actively engaged in organising workshops, training sessions, and student engagement and promotional activities.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students on the CA professional qualification.
- Handle student enquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with students, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of projects under the Student Affairs Division.
- Ensure smooth operations and high service standards within student-related functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Management or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a digital environment.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable, with strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
