Student Migration Counsellor (Male/Female)

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end student migration and application processes
Provide guidance on universities, courses, and admissions
Assist with documentation for university and visa applications
Liaise with universities, embassies, and partner institutions
Conduct eligibility assessments and recommend study pathways
Maintain case records and ensure regulatory compliance
Support interview preparation and pre-departure briefings
Ensure timely follow-ups and service quality standards
Achieve monthly application and conversion targets

Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Strong customer-focused advisory approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
