KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor driver attendance.
- Allocate trips/routes and manage driver rosters efficiently.
- Ensure drivers comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Address driver performance issues, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
- Report daily/weekly operational summaries to the operations manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle scheduling conflicts.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: Above Rs. 60,000
