The Role
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the process house of the sugar factory.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Maintain production quality standards and ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Record and report process data, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Train and guide junior staff as required.
The Profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (TTI / NTD / HND or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in industrial or factory operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and plant operations.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/process issues efficiently.
