• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a clear focus on margin and working capital improvement.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain best practices, demand planning, and logistics operations.
• Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to safety and compliance.
