Supply Chain Assistant

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle local and international procurement of raw materials, consumables, and services.
• Supporting to the inventory transactions and monitor the stocks level.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Assist in cost control and inventory management activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Stores Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 03-05 years' experience in a similar role.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy - Proficient in MS Word/ MS Excel.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in store operations.
• Preferably under 40 years of age.
