Intern - Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing and updating local purchase orders and related transactions in SAP.
• Support the Supply Chain team with day-to-day local procurement activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm order details, and follow up on deliveries.
• Assist with supplier meetings and discussions, including participating in supplier visits and business travel when required.
• Assist with vendor payment coordination, including verifying payment-related information and following up with relevant parties.
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier details, and other relevant documentation.
• Follow up with internal departments and suppliers to ensure the smooth and timely completion of procurement activities.
• Support the Supply Chain team with additional tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Undergraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
• Good analytical, communication, and IT skills.
• Willingness to learn, with strong attention to detail.
• Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
