Supply Chain Executive

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong Communication Skills with a pleasant personality.
• Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills & Computer Literacy is mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in supply chain related fields & tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with ERP software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Inventory levels and coordinate with the sales and production team to maintain uninterrupted supply.
• Manage and follow up all activities to ensure timely product availability as per the budgeted sales plan.
• Handle local procurement to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to imports and local purchases.
• Assigning and updating ROL levels, buffers stock levels with periodical reviews of inventory movement.
