Maingate (Private) Limited is a growing company engaged in the import and supply of goods to Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated supply chain executive to manage and support our end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the supply chain process from import to local distribution.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and warehouse coordination.
• Handle import documentation, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate records using an accounting / ERP system.
• Monitor stock movements, reorder levels, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Prepare basic reports related to inventory, imports, and supply chain performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration.
• Experience and knowledge in QB, SAP, Oracle, or Busy.
• Understanding of import & inventory processes.
• Two years of experience in importing goods would be an added advantage.
