Otley Traders (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join our Supply Chain Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for paper stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorder points.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Resolve logistical issues and delays with carriers.
• Liaise with warehouse teams for inventory receipt.
• Process and manage supplier invoices.
• Keep the supply chain database up-to-date.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating new paper suppliers.
• Support logistics optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (Commerce Stream) is a minimum requirement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred.
• Partial qualification from CILT or similar logistics body will be an added advantage.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
