Supply Planning Associate

Role Summary

Junior Executive - Supply Planning (Contract) at Hemas Consumer Brands. We are a leader in the FMCG sector focused on "empowering families" through innovative solutions across home, personal care, wellness, beauty, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the timely availability of consumer promotions, price promotions, and other value-added materials.
• Proactively identify and communicate supply risks to relevant stakeholders and support mitigation actions.
• Minimize write-offs of promotional materials and reduce slow-moving promotional inventory.
• Share relevant information with stakeholders to help minimize write-offs.
• Continuously develop knowledge and capabilities by adopting Supply Planning best practices.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
