Your Role Will Involve

• Drive growth of Sisili's surgical portfolio by identifying new market opportunities
• Evaluate innovative healthcare products and execute product-specific promotional strategies
• Provide expert technical support and product training to healthcare professionals
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Support product development and regulatory activities
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to expand business across government and private healthcare sectors

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in medical/ healthcare industry with clinical workflow knowledge
• Bachelor's in Biomedical/Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy (advantage)
• Knowledge of medical devices, surgical products, and healthcare technologies
• Experience in medical sales, marketing, or product management (advantage)
• Strong market analysis, presentation, and communication skills
• Analytical and results-driven mindset
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Willing to travel island-wide
