Role Summary

As an Assistant Manager – Sustainability Execution, you will support the delivery of our sustainability strategy, including the Net Zero roadmap, stakeholder partnerships, and regulatory engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic engagements and partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and industry stakeholders
• Support public policy initiatives and sustainability advocacy
• Contribute to research, analysis, and innovation across sustainability programs
• Implement and enhance sustainability management systems and best practices
• Support ESG reporting, governance, and performance tracking
• Manage and grow product responsibility and circular economy initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and compliance requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience, preferably in sustainability or related areas
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across teams and influence decision-making
• Analytical mindset with a passion for environmental impact and innovation
