Systems Administrator

Role Summary

Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd is looking to handpick a dynamic, results-oriented and highly motivated individual to join the organization as a Senior Finance Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain Group bank account signatory mandates and inventory.
• Liaise with Legal and Secretarial divisions for KYC and Board resolutions.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
• Process financial transactions, including supplier payments.
• Support consolidation processes and preparation of financial statements using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Assist in financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and interpretation of results.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly cash flow planning.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Economics, or Finance.
• Part professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Effective team player with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
