Role Summary

LankaPay Private Limited is the operator of Sri Lanka's National Payment Network. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing convenient, accessible, and secure digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and generate reports for Windows and Linux environments.
• Coordinate and perform quarterly vulnerability patching with relevant stakeholders.
• Test application functionality on non-production systems post-patching.
• Maintain and review inventories of virtual machines and end-user devices.
• Manage data center infrastructure, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with IT audits (PCI-DSS, ISO 27011) and infrastructure implementation.
• Participate in business continuity management (BCP) drill activities.
• Work in an 8-hour roster (8.30am–5.00pm / 2.00pm–10.00pm) and be available for after-hours standby and urgent support.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or similar qualification (Bachelor’s degree in IT is an added advantage).
• 3 years of work experience in the IT systems support field.
• Experience in vulnerability assessments and patch management for Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines, and desktops.
• Administrative knowledge of servers, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions.
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructures and concepts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Accommodation within 40 km of Colombo-01 is preferred.
