System Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform system backups, updates, and routine maintenance.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and technical records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in System Administration / IT infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and networking.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup systems.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
