Systems Engineer

Role Summary

N-able is seeking a skilled systems professional to manage and optimize our enterprise IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our technological environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Microsoft services including Windows Server, SQL, Azure, O365, Exchange, Active Directory, WSUS, and Intune.
• Administer VMware environments utilizing ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, and vMotion.
• Handle storage provisioning, system drive expansions, and VLAN tagging.
• Execute VMware snapshots and other virtualization tasks.
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and asset inventories.
• Generate periodic reports regarding system performance and health.
• Provide technical assistance outside of standard business hours as needed.

Requirements

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with enterprise-level Microsoft technologies and VMware infrastructure. A strong understanding of storage management and disaster recovery protocols is essential for maintaining reliable systems.
