Role Summary
Medfuture is a fast-growing healthcare recruitment company. We are looking for a Recruitment Business Consultant to own the full 360° desk, acquire and grow client accounts, and deliver quality placements end-to-end while managing a warm portfolio of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory/Portfolio Setup: Review allocated clients and plan target market.
- Business Development: Prospect, qualify, pitch value, and sign terms/exclusivity.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Scope briefs, source and attract talent, screen and shortlist, and manage interviews.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle offers, counteroffers, start-dates, and acceptance.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure medical practice license checks, VISA checks, and accurate ATS logging.
- Placement & Aftercare: Confirm placements, trigger invoices, and manage onboarding/retention.
- Reporting: Maintain ATS hygiene, forecast weekly, and share market intel.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in 360° recruitment or B2B sales (healthcare recruitment is a bonus).
- Genuine hunter-farmer mindset.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Data discipline with immaculate ATS updates and pipeline hygiene.
- Clear, confident communication with clinicians, practice owners, and HR leaders.
Location
Full-time (on-site) at our Global operation Office in Colombo 07 (Citi Bank Building).
