Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities and targets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Guide and support the recruitment team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure recruitment processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Candidates with experience in manpower recruitment or a similar industry will be highly preferred.
- Male preferred
