Package: LKR 40K - 150K
Quarterly Commissions: LKR 50K - 200K
Work Mode: Onsite & Hybrid based on performance
Work Days: Monday - Friday

Roles:

• Senior Executive Talent Acquisition: 3 - 4 years experience
• Executive Talent Acquisition: 2 - 4 years experience
• Talent Acquisition Associate: 1 - 2 years experience
• Talent Acquisition Intern: 0 - 1 years experience

Operations

Package: LKR 40K - 170K
Work Mode: Onsite & Hybrid based on performance
Work Days: Monday - Friday

Roles:

• Team Lead - Operations: 5 - 8 years experience
• Senior Executive - Operations: 3 - 4 years experience
• Operations Executive: 2 - 3 years experience
• Intern / Associate: 0 - 1 years experience

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Office
• English
• Degree/ Diploma
• 1-6 years experience

Human Resources

Package: LKR 100K - 180K
Work Mode: Onsite
Work Days: Monday - Friday

Roles:

• HR Team Lead: 5 - 6 years experience
• Senior Executive: 3 - 5 years experience
