Recruitment Executive (Male)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit laborers, technicians, and other staff as required.
• Travel to meet with recruitment agencies and other hiring sources.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified technicians and laborers.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
