Recruitment Officer

Role Summary

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for fulfilling the factory's manpower requirements by sourcing suitable candidates for vacant positions. The role involves liaising with external parties such as recruitment agencies, training centers, and local communities to ensure timely hiring, thereby supporting uninterrupted production and operational efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred; experience as a Recruitment Officer in the apparel industry will be an advantage.
• Previous experience & exposure in field sales, marketing, or other field-based roles will be considered.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills and strong public relations (PR) and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while handling recruitment responsibilities within defined timelines.
• Passed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) in any stream is mandatory. A professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
• Only male candidates will be considered.
• Preferred residents around Galle and Matara.
• Age 20 - 30 Years.
