Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive HR Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting the organization in attracting and hiring the right talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection)
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure timely hiring to meet departmental manpower requirements
• Manage job advertisements through platforms such as TopJobs and social media
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Male candidate
