Step into a role where you can shape talent, strengthen culture and support organisational growth. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional to join Fairfirst as Assistant Manager – Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the organisation's talent management strategy in line with business requirements and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce requirement gathering, job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and onboarding handover.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports on key talent management performance indicators.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities and recognition programmes.
- Support the development and maintenance of organisational competency frameworks.
- Conduct organisation-wide training needs analyses using performance data, competency assessments, employee feedback and business requirements.
- Support the development of relevant learning content and development initiatives.
- Ensure consistency, fairness and compliance throughout the performance evaluation process.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that strengthen Fairfirst’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements/Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- A recognised professional HR qualification, such as DPHRM or CQHRM, would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organisational Development or Performance Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sound understanding of data analytics and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using Human Resource Information Systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Integrity, objectivity and a high level of professional ethics.
