REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (mandatory): CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA (fully qualified).
• Membership in the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Sri Lanka (CITSL) is strongly preferred.
• Additional tax-related certifications (Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation, Advanced Certificate in Taxation) are an advantage.
• Legal background (LLB or tax law exposure) is an added advantage.
• 5-7 years of solid experience in taxation.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or Assistant managerial tax role.
• Experience in a diversified group or top-tier audit firm is preferred.
• Strong exposure to corporate tax, VAT, WHT, and statutory taxes.
• Prior experience handling IRD audits, appeals, and large-scale compliance processes.

SALARY/BENEFITS

• Salary 275K-300K (Negotiable)
