Team Lead

Role Summary

Supervisor position at Amazonia Aquaculture. This is a total field job requiring on-site work in a competitive and demanding atmosphere. All applicants will undergo a 3-month training/probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the management of ornamental fish.
• Supervise and instruct staff on all related matters of live fish husbandry.
• Maintain related documents, stocks, and records.
• Coordinate with staff members to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Male or Female, aged 20 to 40 years.
• GCE A/L or higher qualification.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in aquaculture is an added qualification.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to stay in shared quarters (separate male and female quarters provided).
• Ability to perform under pressure and work extended hours with a high level of dedication.

Location

Biyagama Road, Thalwatte, Kelaniya.

Salary/Benefits

• Training Salary: Rs. 40,000 (first 1-3 months).
• Trainee Supervisor Salary: Rs. 50,000.
• Supervisor Salary: Rs. 60,000 (after completing an additional 6 months).
