Tech Lead - Frontend

Role Summary

Zyentara Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Tech Lead specializing in Frontend development. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting sophisticated web solutions, guiding engineering teams, and crafting seamless user interfaces that deliver significant value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, responsive web applications utilizing React.js or Vue.js.
• Transform UI/UX mockups into modular, high-quality frontend components.
• Facilitate seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend APIs.
• Develop scalable libraries and reusable component architectures.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, QA, and backend engineers.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and agentic frameworks to streamline coding, testing, and documentation tasks.
• Perform rigorous reviews of AI-generated code to maintain high standards of security and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience within the software industry.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior developers.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Pinia, or Vuex) and modern build tools like Vite or Webpack.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI coding assistants and agentic workflows into the development lifecycle.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.

Work Schedule

This position follows a straddle shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM (SL/IST) and operates on a Monday to Friday work week.
