Draftsperson

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our Projects team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Designers and Site Engineers to translate initial sketches into Shop Drawings at projects like ITC Rathnadipa, Cinnamon Waterfront, and Marina Square.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise technical drawings, layouts, and mock-ups using AutoCAD
• Work from rough sketches or verbal briefs to develop clean, accurate drafts
• Maintain an organized library of all drafts and production documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• NCT/ certificate in Draftsperson from a recognized institute
• 1+ years of drafting experience, preferably within the field
• Proficiency in Adobe AutoCAD is a must
• Experience in MS Office package
• Sketchup and Illustrator will be an added advantage
