Responsibilities

• Review tech packs, grading, patterns and garment specifications.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide technical comments.
• Prepare production comments and fit approvals.
• Liaise with factories to ensure first-time-right production.
• Resolve technical and construction issues during production.
• Monitor sample development from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in garment technical or product development.
• Experience in woven garments will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of garment construction, grading and fit analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes from sampling through production.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with garment CAD systems or PLM software will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
