Graduate Trainee - Technical

Role Summary

The Graduate Trainee - Technical assists technical support to ensure timely delivery of orders in line with customer requirements, mitigates production risks through effective solutions across pre-production and production to achieve RFT, OTD, and quality targets, while ensuring full compliance with organizational Health & Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pre-production meetings, style evaluation, and risk analysis to ensure production feasibility.
• Oversee daily production plans, ensuring machine, SMO, and resource readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve line issues.
• Deliver technical solutions and escalate complex challenges promptly.
• Optimize manpower and resources while driving team performance, engagement, and development.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Textile / Clothing Management / Technology in Certification in Clothing Technology.
• 0-1 years of experience in technical function.
• Added advantage: Person with knowledge of pattern making, and skill of people management.
