Technical Lead – Full Stack

Role Summary

JIT Resourcing & Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the creation of scalable, distributed enterprise-level applications for an international client. This role focuses on driving architectural excellence and leading development teams within a global context.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Architect robust, highly available, and scalable system solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and tasks.
• Perform rigorous code and architectural evaluations to maintain quality.
• Uphold superior engineering, testing, and coding standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the development team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in enterprise software development, including leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in full-stack technologies including Node.js, JavaScript (ES6), and frameworks like React, React Native, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, Linux, HTTP, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, TDD, and Agile workflows.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
