Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs aligned with product updates, service standards, and OEM requirements.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with technical teams and design effective learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Manage training facilities, equipment, and learning resources.
• Conduct induction, product familiarization, and technical upskilling programs for new and existing employees.
• Stay updated with emerging automotive technologies and incorporate them into training initiatives.
• Organize technical workshops, competitions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance employee capability.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical discipline. NVQ Level 5 or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training and development within the automotive industry.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Diagnosis Technician or in a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive technologies.
• Experience working with OEMs and delivering manufacturer-approved technical training programs is an advantage.
