Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/engineering projects.
• Knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, and valuations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driving/riding license (car/bike) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and quantity take-offs.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations to ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Review drawings and specifications for accurate measurements and pricing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams on project-related matters.

Technical Officer (TO)

Requirements

• Diploma/NVQ or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience.
• Ability to read drawings and supervise construction activities.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site practices.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory (Heavy vehicle license will be an added advantage).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and support timely project completion.
