Requirements / Qualifications

Quantity Surveyor

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, rate analysis, and project costing.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage project documentation.

Technical Officer

• Technical qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction or related field.
• Experience in site supervision, measurements, drawings, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
• Good knowledge of construction practices and site management.
