Job Title: Technical Officers

We are seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our growing team as Technical Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Monitor flooring applications to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Carry out site measurements, progress tracking, inspections, and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor material usage and site productivity while supporting cost control and minimizing wastage.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, progress updates, and other required technical documentation.
• Support project planning, handovers, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety procedures and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in site supervision or technical operations.
• Sound technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and manage field-related responsibilities proactively.
