Manager / Executive – Technical (Digital Production Printers)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and service digital production printing equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimum machine performance.
• Support customers with digital printing applications and workflow solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical role or within the digital printing industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital production printers and digital printing applications.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field will be an added advantage.
