Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Technical knowledge in marine/industrial systems and prior sales experience is preferred.
• Sound technical knowledge and experience in marine and industrial engineering systems related to installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of marine systems and power plant machinery.
• Technical sales experience in leading organizations in Sri Lanka or Overseas.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans, manage customer accounts, and achieve targets.
• Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and site inspections.
• Credit control, collections and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to work to targets and travel as required.
• Age: Below 35 Years
