Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily site progress reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect construction work and resolve technical issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are effectively utilized to meet project deadlines.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• NCT (National Certificate in Technology) qualification or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
• Experience working as a Technical Officer or Site Supervisor in construction projects is highly preferred.
