Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor paper bag manufacturing machines.
• Achieve daily production targets with minimum downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Keep records of production and maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.

Requirements

• Technical qualification (NVQ/Certificate/Diploma) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial fields preferred or previous experience will be coincidence.
• Previous experience in paper bag or packaging machinery will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
