Role Summary

Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau is seeking 04 Technical Officers (Statistics) on an assignment basis for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Knuckles Project, "Strengthening Climate Resilience of Subsistence Farmers and Agricultural Plantation Communities of the Knuckles Mountain Range".

Key Responsibilities

• Support project data collection, data management, analysis, and reporting activities at the Zonal Offices.
• Assist in field-level monitoring, data verification, and maintenance of project databases.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma from a recognized institution in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, statistical applications, data collection, data validation, reporting, and related fields.

Salary/Benefits

The initial duration of the position is six months on an assignment basis, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
