Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and management.
• Maintain site records and documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Qualifications: NCT Qualification (Civil) (National Certificate in Technology).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Sound knowledge of construction practices and site management.

Salary/Benefits

• Salary: Starting LKR 75,000+ per month (based on experience and qualifications).
• Other Benefits: Site accommodation provided (if required), attractive allowances, and performance-based incentives.
