Role Summary

NMI Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Hardware Technician (Male) to join our team as part of our ongoing business growth and expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT software and hardware.
• Install and configure CCTV, data networking switches, and fingerprint systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair PC/printer hardware and software issues.
• Perform system upgrades with new releases and patches for PCs.
• Setup, support, and troubleshoot LAN issues and outages.
• Respond to and solve day-to-day tasks.
• Provide technical support for hardware/software issues encountered by users.
• Update and maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software, and applications.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or pursuing a degree related to IT, Hardware & Networking.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in related areas of IT hardware, networking, and various operating systems.
• Experience with networking technologies including LAN & WAN.
• Ability to attend and respond to daily tasks.
• Good team player.
• Age below 35 years.
