We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying customer needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales objectives. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, along with the ability to represent the company professionally while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for IT Solutions Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and proposing tailored IT solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to design and delivery customized proposals and solutions. Consistently achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay informed of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to support sales efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in kiosk sales or a related field. Proven track record in selling kiosk solutions. Strong understanding enterprise of the IT environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience working with enterprise clients will be a strong advantage.
