Telecom Technical Officer / Team Leader

Tech Ventures (Pvt) Ltd., established in 2006, is a leading provider of telecommunication solutions. We are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates to join our team in ongoing telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Site Surveys (TSS) and prepare detailed reports
• Base Station (BTS) and Microwave installations
• Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements/Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualifications for the position
• Proven experience in telecom site surveys, BTS, and microwave installations
• Minimum 02 years post qualifying experience is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to engage in field work (male candidates preferred due to job requirements)

Salary/Benefits

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
