Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders and quotations aligned with specific business units.
• Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on tender notices to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and quotations, tracking status and deadlines.
• Oversee post-bid activities including bid results, bank guarantees, and client queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, regulatory, marketing) to gather information.
• Conduct analysis of previous tenders to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Science, or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in tender management and procurement (medical equipment or government contracting preferred).
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and report writing.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
