Role Summary

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to transform 2D plans into high-end photorealistic 3D visuals for our housing and land projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models using Google SketchUp.
• Produce realistic renders and walkthroughs using Lumion.
• Perform post-production and image enhancement in Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure all visuals accurately reflect architectural specifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
• Strong skills in SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio with high-quality interior and exterior renders.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D CAD drawings.
