Role Summary

Athletic Coach - Throwing and Athletic Assistant Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing athletes to achieve their full potential
• Support the Head Coach in planning and conducting training sessions
• Ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of athletes at all times
• Provide assistance and supervision during competitions and sporting events
• Contribute to the overall athletic development and performance of the team

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in Coaching from a recognised institution
• Certified in World Athletics Coaching Level I (formerly IAAF Level I)
• Minimum of three (3) years of coaching experience in athletics
• Strong knowledge of athletic training techniques, competition rules, and athlete development
• Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and team management
